We deal with all varieties of online gifting items including fresh flowers and their artistic arrangements, luscious cakes, occasion specific gifts, indoor plants, and personalized gifts, etc. We have the widest range of items for all occasions, purposes, and relations of all price ranges. The price of the products ranges from 445/- to 44,5490/- that includes gift combos, gift hampers, online flower bouquets, cakes and many more. Our online store serves as the one stop solution for every kind of gifting requirements with its fastest online delivery services across the country.
MyFlowerApp reserves all the rights to modify/amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you participate as a customer in this service, you must compose all the acceptance terms mentioned in this agreement.
Orders and Acceptance of Orders: When you are placing an order as a customer, basically, you are raising a purchase requisition. The request is directly subjected to acceptance by us. The receipt via email/SMS notification of your placed order is neither signifies the actual signal of confirmation from our side, nor it indicates our confirmation to sell that product to you. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order in whole or in part for any existing reason. We may ask for additional information or verifications before confirming your order. In the whole purchasing procedure, you need to provide the accurate recipients and the shipping address.
MyFlowerApp is user-friendly and convenient to all as you can pay using Visa, Mastard Card, Debit Card, Digital wallets, Internet Banking and UPI. You can pay directly through the official website of MyFlowerApp or their mobile application – both provide a complete secured gateway. They are subject to a particular Terms and Conditions of such third party payment gateways.
Order Modification and Refund / Cancellation Policy: There exist some orders that we are unable to accept and then we cancel them. We have the reserved rights to cancel any order for whatsoever such as any unexpected circumstances that may arise and that leads to cancelling your order. It may include the limited quantity arrives of your purchase, error issue regarding the ordered product, any pricing issue or limitations of the accounting department.
While orders are getting processed, they cannot be canceled or modified. If the customer wants to modify or cancel the order, toll-free numbers are there to help. The help desk remains active 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. If the order is in process (track order data) mode, it is possible to modify or cancel the order. If the order has been confirmed, you may be charged to cancel the order.
It is required to give at least 48 hours’ notice in advance.
In case of Cancellation of order, you need to inform via email from your registered email id, at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date, moreover cancellation fee (20 - 25%) will be applicable.
Substitution Policy: Since flower arrangements are normally hand-crafted, they may vary slightly from the picture you are seeing on our webpage. Occasionally, some substitution of the predefined arrangement may be required due to the unavailability of the flower.
In such cases, our expert and experienced team will make sure that the delivered product remain as close as possible to the displayed photograph. We only substitute flowers for higher or equal value. Our team will reach out to you to get some optional ideas for the alternative flower.
Order delivery confirmation: Email or SMS Once your order is accepted by us, you will receive a confirmation including all the details of your order and the order number. The order number will be required if you contact the helpdesk for any additional query.
You can call the toll free number, in case you have not received any confirmation mail or SMS or can mail us.
Again you will receive a delivery confirmation notification at the time of delivery.
Shipping and Delivery Policy: Depending on the current circumstances, flowers may be delivered in bud stage, semi-bloomed or fully bloomed.
For the same-day standard delivery, a customer must receive the order from MyFlowerApp during a certain time. In short, there are certain time limits for same-day fixed time or midnight delivery.
The estimated delivery time depends on the availability of your ordered product and the shipping address where you want to deliver the product.

Payment Gateway: We use PayU as a third-party Payment Gateway to receive payments from customers for any technical issue e.g. Late payment received, the amount deducted from customer end but not received in our system & others. We shall investigate and raise requests to PayU (Payment Gateway) for the same. This process may take up to 15 working days. Under no circumstances will the refund amount exceed the amount paid by the customer. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress, or any other liability, etc. caused due to Payment Gateway.
