Step 4: Fill in the required details. When you reach the Date & Message column you will see the “Review Order” button. Click on the button and verify the details.
Step 5: Proceed to “PAY NOW”.
Step 6: Select the payment mode and complete the payment on a secured payment gateway.
We send a confirmation mail once the order is delivered. You can also login into your MyFlowerApp account to check the order's status.

Yes, we do provide midnight delivery. The midnight delivery time is from 11:00 PM to 11:59 PM. Although we try our best to deliver orders as close to 11:59 as possible. To have midnight deliveries, place orders well on time. We charge Rs. 250 extra for midnight delivery.
Yes, we do provide fixed time delivery. For fixed time slots you need to pay Rs.195.
Yes. We provide Early morning delivery as well. For Early morning time slots, you need to pay Rs. 245
i) We do not attempt to deliver again, but we would call the recipient and sender to know if we can deliver their order to any neighbor or nearby place.
ii) Unable to do so will lead to cancellation of the order and no refund will be made in case of perishable products like cakes and flowers.
Sometimes we get a large number of orders for delivery at a particular time slot. In this case, that particular time slot is disabled to prevent taking any more orders. If you need help in finding a time slot for that day, please contact us on live chat.
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on MyFlowerApp. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see is exactly what you need to pay. Delivery charges may be extra depending on the location and other parameters.
Yes, we do take same-day orders till 7 pm. It is always advisable to place same-day orders well on time to avoid any delivery problem. The later you place an order, the fewer chances will be there to find an available time for delivery.
i) If you have placed the order well in advance you need to mail us. Your amount will be refunded in the same source within 5-6 working days.

iii) If you want to cancel your parcel order you need to contact us at info@myflowerapp.com, call us on 9429692733, or you can connect on live chat. In this scenario, your parcel amount payment will be refunded in your MyFlowerApp wallet.
MyFlowerApp works on all Sundays and holidays except under uncontrollable situations like bad weather or civil disorders like strikes.
