General Disclaimer: Myflowerapp retains the right to cancel or refuse any order without giving a notice. All claims are subjected to the jurisdiction of the court at New Delhi only.
If MyFlowerApp fails to deliver your order, then we will ensure that you will get your money refund in your MyFlowerApp Wallet only. We are not responsible for any additional charges, loss of the profits, emotional stress and any other liability caused due to the inability of flower delivery.
Payment Gateway: We use PayU as a third-party Payment Gateway to receive payments from customers for any technical issue e.g. Late payment received, the amount deducted from customer end but not received in our system & others. We shall investigate and raise requests to PayU (Payment Gateway) for the same. This process may take up to 15 working days. Under no circumstances will the refund amount exceed the amount paid by the customer. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress, or any other liability, etc. caused due to Payment Gateway.
For any reason if delivery is scheduled for next day or suggested day. it will be attempted on the suggested day and mark delivered, we will not liable for any losses or reimbursement.
Shipping and Delivery Disclaimer: Flowers may be delivered in semi-bloomed, fully bloomed or bud stage.
For the same-day standard time, fixed time or midnight delivery, you must receive your order according to our time schedule.
Myflowerapp delivers within the Express cities, courier cities and remote cities. The estimated delivery time depends on the availability of your ordered product and the distance of the shipping address. Always check your SMS or email notifications for regular updates. Try to place your order at least before 5 days in advance before a major occasion.
Delivery may be delayed due to: Bad weather
We attempt only once for these perishable items. If you fail to take delivery the order, you will be charged for the non-delivery additionally. We will try to deliver to your neighbor in case you are not available during the delivery time.
Protection from Scams For any refund or order-related queries, please communicate only with our email id (email@example.com), if anyone communicates and pretends to be from MyFlowerapp.com and asks to download or make any transaction on the given link in order to refund the money or fix the query. do not follow the instructions, you need to communicate only with our official id, we will resolve your queries / Refund / Delivery.
Courier service: We deliver through our courier partners and the delivery made by them is subject to the Terms and Conditions of them. Products that are shipped through them, we provide an estimated date and time of delivery. You may receive the order prior to the estimated day or it may be delayed.
Hospital delivery policy: We have experienced network to deliver in the hospitals. While placing the order don’t forget to mention the details of the recipient. Some hospitals don’t allow florist to deliver personally or sometimes ICU patients are not allowed to receive flowers.
Hotel delivery policy: Our expert delivery system can efficiently deliver to the hotels. Mention all the required details and your recipient will receive the flower.
If the recipient has not already checked in the hotel on the delivery date or has checked out, we will leave the flower on the reception desk and it will be assumed as executed.
Wedding halls delivery policy: We are not able to provide assurance that the flower will be delivered strictly to the bride or the groom. But we will deliver it to a responsible person.

Remote location delivery policy: We deliver only in the serviceable cities. Flowers are perishable products and are sourced locally at the shipping location. So, we cannot commit an exact time of delivery. Correct shipping addresses and contact number is a must to process your delivery. We don’t deliver on the National Holidays. The scheduled delivery will be done on the next working day. In case of any unexpected disruption that may restrict the scheduled delivery, we have the reserved rights to reschedule it.
